How long can my order take?
Regular orders will ship within 2-4 business days.
Tracking information will be provided in a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our manufacturing facility.

Please allow for delays that are beyond our control. These include external factors such as weekends, holidays, weather and mail delays.

We offer FREE shipping to worldwise if your order is above €75 - otherwise it's €4.99.

Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
If the item has not yet been processed, you can cancel or edit your order by contacting us.
I have not received an order confirmation email
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Often, you will find the order confirmation email there. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service with your name/order number/email. We will gladly resend the order confirmation email.
If you entered the wrong email address during the ordering process, we will be happy to change it for you and then send a new order confirmation email.
